Availability and Bookings

To make a booking with us, please drop us an email on richard@armadarooms.com. We’ll do our best to respond as soon as possible. The calendar below shows when the room is available – you might want to check it out when you’re planning your rehearsal.

Currently, for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings, we are offering two slots; 6-8 and 8-10. All other time is just free and you can book whatever you like 🙂

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

Yeah, we have a payment and cancellations policy. It runs as follows.

  1. You’ll get an invoice before your booking, and it will need to be paid before your booking. If it’s not paid before your slot, your slot may get given to somebody else.
  2. You can cancel your booking up until 24 hours before it starts, and there won’t be a charge or any hard feelings. We will send you a refund in full.
  3. If it’s within 24 hours, but you’re beset by some kind of unholy life crisis, we won’t be dicks about it.
  4. But if you repeatedly cancel at the last minute and it’s for slots that we’ve been turning other people away from, we’re probably going to have to charge you eventually, because we actually need to feed our children. There may be some hard feelings.
  5. Finally (and we can’t quite believe we have to write this down, but experience is a great teacher), you can’t cancel your booking after it’s happened. At all. There is no option where you get to say ‘ah yeah sorry we didn’t turn up because the bass player was sick so we don’t have to pay for it right..?’. Wrong. You do have to pay for it. Especially if this ‘cancellation’ is in response to us chasing you for payment four weeks after the booking. The same goes for ‘ah we only used one of our eight hours, so we’re only going to pay for one…’. Nope. You book eight hours, you pay for eight hours. So there.
